These terms concern access to and use of this website. They are separate from the written terms that would govern an agreed consultancy engagement. References to “you” mean the person accessing the site, whether personally or on behalf of an organisation.

Using the site and these terms

Please read these terms before using the website. By continuing to use it, you acknowledge these conditions of use. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site. You may save or print a copy for your records.

If you access the site on behalf of an organisation, you remain responsible for using it appropriately and for ensuring that any information you provide is information you are entitled to share. Merely browsing the site does not give you authority to commit your organisation to a consultancy engagement.

Any mandatory rights that apply to you under law remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What the website describes

Our services concern business strategy and operations. They include business strategy development, market entry strategy, business growth planning, competitive analysis, business process optimisation, operational efficiency analysis, cost reduction strategies and performance improvement.

The descriptions explain the general focus of these services. They do not promise that every activity or deliverable is included in every assignment. The particular scope depends on the business challenge, the information available and what is agreed in writing.

The website does not offer financial management, investment, tax, legal, accounting or other regulated professional advice. Operational cost reduction is described in the context of business processes and resource use.

General information and business decisions

Website content is provided for general information. It is not an assessment of your organisation, a recommendation to enter a particular market or an instruction to change an existing process. It should not be treated as tailored professional advice for a decision with significant consequences.

A useful business recommendation depends on context, reliable information and consideration of relevant constraints. Before relying on a statement from the site, discuss your circumstances with us and obtain any specialist advice needed for matters outside the agreed consultancy scope.

You remain responsible for your management decisions, the accuracy of information you supply and the way recommendations are implemented. An agreed engagement may set out further responsibilities for both parties.

Enquiries and consultancy engagements

Sending an email, making a telephone call or discussing a potential project does not by itself create a consultancy contract. An engagement begins only when its terms are agreed through an appropriate written process.

That agreement should identify the work to be performed, the expected outputs, responsibilities, timing, commercial arrangements and any other relevant conditions. Any change to the agreed scope should be addressed through the engagement’s change process.

Where a written engagement agreement differs from these website terms on a matter relating to the consultancy services, the engagement agreement governs that matter. These website terms do not create a commitment to accept every enquiry or undertake work outside our agreed activities.

Plans, recommendations and outcomes

Consultancy is intended to support better-informed thinking and action. Business outcomes are influenced by factors beyond a consultant’s control, including market conditions, competitor behaviour, internal decisions, available resources and implementation.

No statement on this website guarantees a particular level of growth, a specific saving, a successful market entry or an improvement within a fixed time. Any proposed targets or assumptions in a separate engagement should be read in their stated context.

The site does not present illustrative graphics as measured business results. Images are illustrative representations of planning and collaboration; they do not identify actual employees, clients or office premises. Decorative process diagrams are visual explanations, not evidence of a client’s performance.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, layout, graphics, images and other materials are owned by us or used with permission, subject to any applicable third-party licences. You may view the website and make reasonable copies for your own internal business consideration of our services.

You must not imply that you created our materials, remove ownership notices, republish substantial parts of the site as your own or use the branding in a way that suggests an association that does not exist. Public redistribution or commercial reuse requires appropriate permission unless the law or an applicable licence allows it.

Third-party components, including fonts, remain subject to their own licences. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those components to us or restricts rights that their licences expressly grant. Rights in consultancy deliverables are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other people’s access. In particular, you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to hosting systems, accounts or data connected to the website.
  • Introduce malicious code, knowingly transmit harmful material or attempt to disrupt the site through excessive or abusive requests.
  • Use our contact details to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority or provide information you are not entitled to disclose.
  • Use website content in a misleading way, including implying an endorsement or business relationship without permission.

Reasonable indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted. Automated activity must respect access controls and must not undermine the availability or security of the site.

Information you send to us

Please make enquiries clear and relevant, and include a reliable way to contact you. You are responsible for ensuring that business information supplied by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share it.

Do not send unnecessary personal information or highly sensitive commercial materials in an initial message. If a prospective assignment requires confidential documents, discuss appropriate handling and any confidentiality arrangements with us first.

We handle personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. Sending a general enquiry does not establish a separate non-disclosure agreement. This does not remove confidentiality duties or other protections that may arise under applicable law.

Availability and technical matters

We aim to keep the website useful and accessible, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity, hosting changes or events outside our control. We may update, suspend or remove parts of the site where reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and suitable security precautions. We do not warrant compatibility with every device, browser extension or network configuration. If you experience an access problem, you can contact us by email or telephone.

We may correct errors or update service descriptions without individual notice. A correction to website material does not itself change an existing consultancy agreement.

Links and third-party services

The website may link to independent resources where they are relevant, including regulatory information in the Privacy Policy. Those resources are controlled by their operators. A link does not mean that we control all of their content, endorse every statement or guarantee continuing availability.

Email and telephone links rely on software or services available on your device. Their operation and the handling of communications by your provider are outside the website’s direct control.

You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully, provided the link does not misrepresent our relationship or suggest approval that has not been given. Do not frame our website in a way that obscures its source or creates a misleading impression.

Responsibility and limits

We take reasonable care with the site, but general website information is not a substitute for a tailored assessment. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for loss arising from treating that information as specific advice or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where you use the site for business purposes, and to the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from that use, including losses resulting from decisions made solely on general website content. Liability for work under a consultancy engagement is governed by the agreement for that work.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any applicable mandatory consumer protections also remain in place.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rule that gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes concerning these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If a problem arises, please contact us first with a description of the issue and your preferred contact details. We will consider the concern and seek a practical resolution. This request does not restrict any statutory right or prevent either party from seeking an appropriate legal remedy.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to rely on it later.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable requirements. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Please check the current version when returning to the site.

Changes to these website terms apply to subsequent use of the site and do not retrospectively rewrite a separate consultancy agreement. If you need clarification about the website, its content or the relationship between these terms and an engagement, contact [email protected] or call +44 7732 730792.
